| | How do I find my product? | | | To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance. | | How do I navigate the site? | | | The wishgranted.com web site is comprised of two distinct sections:
- The main web site and the;
- "web store" which is also called the web store and order center.
- From any page at the main web site you can enter the web store via the "web store" link on the navigation bar at the top of every page.
- You can also return to the main web site from the web store by clicking the "Main Site Home" link located to the top navigation bar on every page in the web store.
- The top navigation bar of the main site and the bottom navigation bar of the web store has a link to the site map for easy navigation of the whole web site as well.
- The main web site contains the "Products" link on the top navigation bar, which explains the features and specs of our products in greater detail than the web store does. The web store product descriptions are more concise and less descriptive.
To navigate the web store, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over lighter gray text or words you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you place the cursor over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance. | | How do I use a coupon? | | | Coupons are special promotional offers that we occasionally issue to people that receive our newsletter, or for other custom offers such a free shipping that we make available in printed material or even custom on-the-spot offers. The coupon will be for a percent discount, free shipping or as specifically stated in the offer via web email or print.
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code. |
