(A.) The Synergenesis, Inc. Site (s) are comprised of several Web sites and Web pages operated by ("Synergenesis") or its affiliates (collectively, the "Synergenesis Web Sites") also identified as ("Site (s)").

Trademarks graphics, logos, and service names belonging to other entities shall in all instances remain the property of the originator. Synergenesis's trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Synergenesis's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among the general public, customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Synergenesis.


(D.) The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on the Site are the property of Synergenesis and other parties. Users are prohibited from using any Marks without the written permission from Synergenesis, Inc. permissions department, or such third party which may own the Marks.
