REFUNDS FOR BOTTLED COLLOIDAL SILVER:

Simply send the bottle with remaining contents or empty bottle. Bottle MUST be sent with a copy of the purchase receipt to: Synergenesis, Inc. P.O. 211 Pengilly, MN 55775.
Important note: Refunds for bottled colloidal silver is valid only for purchases made directly from us and is limited to one 250 mL or 500 mL bottle (one time) per customer, shipping is non-refundable.




REFUNDS OR REPAIRS OF COLLOID MASTER PRODUCTS:
Our first and foremost goal is Complete Customer Satisfaction. We stand behind The Colloid Master (R) with a simple, fast service resolution program. Please read this entire document.

Our Service program provides our customers with two options when returning dysfunctional products for exchange: "Advanced" or " Standard" Replacement.

For Advanced or Standard replacement you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #). Advanced Replacement provides the fastest possible replacement of the Colloid Master (R) products.

Synergenesis, Inc. aims to ship the replacement product within 2 business days, however; there may be times that the item is out of stock and is back ordered. Delays are uncommon and under most circumstances delays if encountered are less than a week. For Standard or Advanced Replacement, the customer pays for shipping the defective product to be replaced, unless: the product was originally shipped with INSURANCE. We will then reimburse the cost of shipping defective units (s) sent to us for replacement. We will reimburse shipping for standard shipping only, which is USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. International orders will not have shipping reimbursed under any circumstances, for shipping defective products to us, however we will bear the cost of shipping replacements.

What is an RMA?

The initials RMA stand for Return Material Authorization, number. Before sending a product back to us for exchange you must first contact customer support, to determine if the product is defective, or is a technical issue, first!

Synergenesis, Inc. Comprehensive Service program offers these replacement service options:

(1.)Advanced Replacement RMA Service:

Synergenesis, Inc. will ship your replacement product(s) first, then you will have 30 days to ship us your defective product(s) back to Synergenesis, Inc., starting from the day we ship the replacement to you. We will issue an RMA number during the Customer Support Call, or in some instances via E-mail. We then strive to ship replacement(s) within 2 business days, unless production falls behind demand and is back ordered.

There is a 2-product limit on advance replacement RMA's. You will be asked for a credit card number to secure the replacement(s). Your account will only be billed for defective product(s) not received within 30 days.

Customer is responsible for cost of shipping defective unit to us, we are responsible for shipping costs of sending the replacement unit. , unless: the product was originally shipped with INSURANCE. We will then reimburse the cost of shipping defective units (s) sent to us for replacement. We will reimburse shipping for standard shipping only, which is USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. International exchange returns will not have shipping reimbursed for sending defective products to us, however we will bear the cost of shipping replacements to international locations.

All replacement or refund services are only available for customers who have purchased directly from us, if you have purchased your unit from another party, they will need to arrange for product replacement. Please use the original package to send the unit back or a similar container with adequate packing materials, or as a minimum have plenty of bubble wrap or paper around it to protect it during transport.





(2) Standard RMA Service:

You return the defective product(s) first, then Synergenesis, Inc. will ship the replacement product(s) to you after we have received the defective units (s) at: Synergenesis, Inc. RMA Dept. This is the most used method.

You will need to contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA number FIRST!

with a detailed explanation of the problem, requests received via E-mail may be asked to also call first, before an RMA is issued. Upon receipt of the returned Colloid Master (R) products(s), Synergenesis, Inc. will typically ship replacement(s) within 2 business days, unless the product is back ordered. Please use the original package to send the unit back, or as a minimum have plenty of bubble wrap or paper around it to protect it during transport.

Important notice: Due to the technical nature regarding the use of the Colloid Master ® there are instances that have arisen regarding a very few number of users who we are not able to satisfy by sending a fully tested replacement. Another issue is that, of the number of dysfunctional units returned to us, only a small percent have actually been dysfunctional, the other units returned were not dysfunctional, but rather had a technical issue regarding use involved, that is why we have implemented this system. Though the number of returns is small, we still wish to establish a policy and proceedure method and forum for our customers benefit.
