C is an essential nutrient, but when it is in an isolated
and/or synthetic form, it is quite poorly absorbed and can
actually adversely affect our health!
According to one
human study, 1500 mg (total) of isolated
and/or
synthetic
vitamin C per day can cause iron deficiency and

Most
of the isolated and/or synthetic vitamin C consumed is
