Our History
Wishgranted.com is wholly owned and operated by Synergenesis, Inc. The domain wishgranted.com was registered in 1997 and has been our primary web site since then. The name was chosen because it represented a way to convey to our customers: that what they were seeking or wished they could find, in the way of unique products and actual US based service, they could get from us.

In an era of off-shore customer service and profit-only driven business models, with mass produced products that have an anticipated 33% failure rate from production to the end-user, our approach would be different. We chose to offer a unique high-quality hand assembled product that would have a nearly zero percent failure rate, and would essentially last a lifetime. We had already spent years of research and had developed the Colloid Master®, which was our first product to be marketed with our quality and service philosophy in mind. This business concept still inspires all our product offerings, even those we do not directly produce.
Synergenesis, Inc. is a privately held corporation headquartered in Coker Creek, Tennessee (USA), Synergenesis, Inc. was founded in 1998.
The name Synergenesis is a combination of the words Synergy and Genesis. The idea is a new word "Synergenesis" that brings together the idea of creative forces combined to create something new and ingenious. This also inspired our buy line which is:

The present
We have had the pleasure of experiencing first hand the reward of our customers response to the idea of wishgranted. After years of experience and in the final analysis, when a customer relates to us, that by purchasing from and dealing with us that they have had their wish-granted, it was not merely because of our business model, it is because of the personalities of the people that make up our organization. People are pleasantly surprised when they are treated as real people, by people who act like real people.
We are still somewhat surprised how often customers tell us how unique we are because we keep-it-real, and that their encounters with other businesses are as if they are dealing with robotic automatons.
What we think this really represents is the fact that smaller businesses that are unique and can offer a personal-touch are becoming less common, and the "branded" impersonal corporate conglomerates have become the norm. I guess this is the price we as a society pay when price is valued more than value.
