Normal shipping of Colloid Master to U.S. A. locations is via USPS "Priority Mail, INSURED with delivery confirmation for purchases over $ 25.00". We use delivery confirmation and insurance to assure there are no lost packages, and damaged packages (rare) are covered. Synergenesis, Inc. will personally expedite exchange for damaged Colloid Master (R) products if damaged during shipping. Distillers, and meters or other items that are manufactured by other companies, and warranted by that manufacturer, will need to be sent directly to them if the item is received in not working condition, but was not damaged in shipping.
