| Orders are processed and shipped normally within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. Priority mail will reach most US locations within 3 to 6 business days after order is processed. Allow extra time for weekend orders. International shipping for all items are at our discretion and must be per approved via email. We only Ship to USA and Canadian locations, via USPS. Normal shipping of Colloid Master units are to U.S. A. and Canadian locations via USPS "Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation available to U.S. locations but not in Canada. We use delivery confirmation only, insurance is optional and must be requested by customer to assure there are no lost packages, and to assure that damaged packages are covered. Synergenesis, Inc. will personally expedite exchange for damaged Colloid Master (R) products if damaged during shipping. Distillers, and meters or other items that are manufactured by other companies, and warranted by that manufacturer, will need to be sent directly to them. We will not be responsible for packages that are shipped to locations that we cannot confirm delivery, or insure. If delivery confirmation and insurance is unavailable to your Country, or area, we will contact you regarding your options before processing your order. If returned in damaged condition fees may be charged for damage to such items. Returns are contingent of a 10% return process fee, applied at our discretion. Synergenesis may waive the return process fee at Synergenesis's sole discretion. Shipping is non refundable. Three year warranty is limited to parts, and workmanship flaws, labor when applicable, to be accessed on an individual basis at the sole discretion of Synergenesis, Inc. we back up our product and problems in all the years we have been in business have been very few!
